1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 15 days of receiving your product. To request it, please visit the customer support section on the menu, and contact us, or contact us at: infoamorli@gmail.com. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

2. Physical Defects

If the dress you received has a physical defect, such as damage or a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a refund promptly. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the defect and your order details when you contact us.

3. Return Process

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at infoamorli@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue in your email.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
